Rebecca Lynn Handley, 28, of Pine Street, Wilkes-Barre Township, died
Saturday at her home.
Born Oct. 1, 1973 in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of Frank R. Handley
Jr., Plymouth Township, and Sally (Myers) Flynn, Dallas. She graduated from
the Wilkes-Barre Area school district. She was employed as a retail sales
representative. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church,
Wilkes-Barre.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Warren Myers, and
paternal grandmother, Shirley Handley.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her son, James Filipowicz,
Wilkes-Barre; stepfather, Thomas M. Flynn, Dallas; stepmother, Kathleen
Handley, Plymouth Township; sister, Jennifer Ann Handley, Wilkes-Barre;
stepsister, April Cronauer, Plymouth; paternal grandfather, Frank R. Handley
Sr., Wilkes-Barre; maternal grandmother, Reta Myers, Dallas; several aunts,
uncles and one niece.



The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday from the S.J. Grontkowski Funeral
Home, 530 W. Main St., Plymouth. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9
Tuesday.
