Remembrance services to take place on Isle of Man
Remembrance Sunday commemorations will be held across the Isle of Man to allow people to pay respect to those who lost their lives in wars.
A two-minute silence will be observed in each ceremony at 11:00 GMT.
Ceremonies and services have been organised by local authorities and branches of the Royal British Legion around the various regions of the island.
: In the island's capital, Douglas City Council will hold its remembrance service at St Thomas' Church at 09:45.
This will be preceded by a parade that will form at Market Hill at 09:15 and will make its way through the capital before arriving at the church.
After the service the parade will proceed to the War Memorial on Douglas Promenade for the act of remembrance at 11:00 before marching to the Manx Legion Club.
: At 09:10 a parade will march to St Peter's Church for the remembrance service at 09:45.
There will then be a wreath laying ceremony at Onchan War Memorial following the silence, which will be marked by the firing of maroon rockets.
Port Erin: A parade will march through the town from the Royal British Legion Hall on Droghadfayle Road at 10:00, heading for a service at Rushen Parish Church at 11:00.
: A parade will form up at the Town Hall at 09:30 before proceeding to the Methodist church on Arbory Street for a 10:00 service.
Kirk Michael: A remembrance service will be held in Michael Parish Church at 10:45.
: A parade will form at Market Place around 14:30 and march to Peel Cathedral for a civic service at 15:00, followed by wreath laying.
: Sunday's Act of Remembrance will take place at the town's war memorial in the Courthouse grounds from 10:40, with the silence marked by the firing of rockets.
The Lieutenant Governor Sir John and Lady Lorimer will be in attendance at Ramsey's ceremony.
The Ramsey branch of the Royal British Legion will then hold a service at St. Paul's Church at 18:30.
: There will be a service of remembrance held at the war memorial of St Bridget's Church at 10:45.
: A service will take place at Jurby Church from 10:45.
The island's National Service of Remembrance will take place at 14:45 in the village of St John's, with a service at St John's chapel and commemorations at the National War Memorial.
The island's lieutenant governor, members of Tynwald and representatives of several charities will also be in attendance at the national ceremony.
