(KWTX) - Here's this week's Restaurant Report Card for Central Texas:

Pollos El Rey #3 at 2418 Grim Avenue in Waco failed a routine inspection with an 85. (15 Demerits)

According to the food safety worker, this food truck was using an unapproved commissary space, and the owners were told to immediately stop operating.

The food truck was lifted off the ground in an unsafe manner using cylinder blocks. There was a box of potatoes on the floor, and cooked, prepared, and raw food directly being stored inside a non-food-grade shopping bag.

This place needed a reinspection

Auntie Anne's Pretzels at 6001 West Waco Drive inside the Richland Mall in Waco passed a renewal inspection with a 92. (8 Demerits)

According to the food safety worker, the ice machine deflector had an unknown black substance on it.

There were live pests on the floor with several foods stored directly on it.

And, the place needed to clean and maintain the shelves, cabinets, and floors to get rid of the encrusted food debris.

Also, some workers had expired food handlers' certificates.

Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux at 5601 Crosslake Parkway in Waco passed a reinspection with a 95. (5 Demerits)

According to the food safety worker, the ice chest at the bar containing bottles with bottle openers attached to them that were touching the ice for the food.

There was also rust on the drink station.

And this week's Clean Plate award goes to Southern Roots Brewing Company at 219 North 8th Street in Waco.

You can get traditional pizzas or signatures.

One favorite is the southern belle. It has San Marzano tomato sauce with smokey Italian sausage, arugula, and fresh mozzarella. It also has crushed red pepper and a drizzle of local honey. If pizza isn't your thing, you can try the cheesy breadsticks, potato skins, or the wings.

Salads are also available for calorie counters.
