Robert J. “Duke” Duhoski, 59, of Catalpa Way, R.I., and formerly of
Syracuse, N.Y., died Wednesday at home. Born Feb. 9, 1940, in Larksville, he
was a son of the late Leo and Stella (Federowicz) Duhoski. He was in
management at the Sav-A-Lot, Providence. He also worked at P & C Foods,
Syracuse, where he was deli director for 21 years. He served in the Navy
during the Lebanon Crisis and was a member of Ss. John and Paul Church.
Surviving are his wife, Patricia E. (Tracey) Duhoski; sons, Robert, Syracuse;
Gregory, Millbrook, N.Y.; and Matthew, Coventry, R.I.; daughters, Leeann
Berry, Colorado Springs, Colo.; Tracey L. Turco, Seattle, Wash.; and Jennifer
Duhoski, Coventry; a sister, Sister Leonita Duhoski, RSM, Wilkes-Barre; and
six grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted from the Frank R. Gorton
and Sons Funeral Home, Coventry. A service was also conducted in Syracuse.
Burial will be in Camillus.
