He was born April 23, 1954, in Newark Ohio, to Earl and Mary (nee Wallace) Wallace.

Robert is survived by his beloved wife, the former Carol Elizabeth (Harris) Wallace; his children, Adam Wallace of Newark OH, Mary Wallace (Ashley Appelhann) of Dayton Ohio, and Nathan (Shirley) Wallace; grandson, Jacoby Robert Wallace; siblings, Carol Hendrickson of Hilliard Ohio, Earl (Sharon) Wallace, Jeff (Tammy) Wallace, and Karen Sue Wallace all of Newark Ohio; several nieces and nephews; and dear friends Greg and Deb Morgan of South Carolina.
