Runaway goats seen roaming through Adams County collected by owners The Adams County Humane Society has identified the owner of nine goats who were seen roaming the area this week.The goats showed up on a property off of State Route 781 and Jones Road in Peebles around 1 p.m. Thursday.A representative with the Humane Society said there are a total of nine healthy livestock goats. In an update on Friday, the Humane Society said they have been able to catch six of the goats and identify the owner. The owners were able to pick up the other three goats Friday night and return to Portsmouth, Ohio with all nine of them.

Provided to WLWTIn an update on Friday, the Humane Society said they have been able to catch six of the goats and identify the owner. The owners were able to pick up the other three goats Friday night and return to Portsmouth, Ohio with all nine of them.
