Rutgers bowl projections after Washington win send Scarlet Knights back to where it all started

E.Wright22 min ago
For Rutgers , the question is no longer whether it will reach a second consecutive bowl game this winter, but rather which one it will play in.

The Scarlet Knights (4-0, 1-0) are two wins away from clinching a postseason spot after defeating Washington (3-2, 1-1) in front of a sold-out SHI Stadium on Friday night.

Head coach Greg Schiano's team remains on track for a special season , and that could be capped off by playing at a high-level bowl game: for example, ESPN's Kyle Bonagura predicts Rutgers will face Ole Miss in the Reliaquest Bowl. But the most popular projection is Rutgers returning to Arizona, the site of its first bowl appearance under Schiano 19 years ago.
