Sally M. Frantz, 76, of Forty Fort, died Sunday morning at Geisinger
Medical Center, Danville.
Born in Forty Fort, she was a daughter of the late George Robert and
Celestine Mary Tuskin Evans.
She was a graduate of Forty Fort High School and was owner, along with her
husband, of Frantz and Benjamin Insurance Agency.
She was a former member of Fox Hill Country Club, West Pittston, and the
Westmoreland Club of Wilkes-Barre.
She was dearly loved by all who knew her and will be remembered in our
daily prayers to St. Jude the Apostle.
She was preceded in death by her son John Frantz, and brother, George
Robert Evans Jr.
Surviving are her husband, John E. Frantz, Forty Fort; son Mark Frantz and
his wife, Cory, Atlanta; a grandson, Mark Christopher Frantz, Atlanta; sister,
Ruth Griffith, Kingston, and several nieces and nephews in the Kingston and
Harrisburg areas.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday from Holy Name/St. Mary’s
Roman Catholic Church, Swoyersville. All friends and acquaintances are invited
to attend the church services. Internment will be held at the family’s
convenience.
There will be no calling hours.
