Restaurants and other food vendors ordered to close and allowed to reopen by San Bernardino County health inspectors from Oct. 31 to Nov. 7.

Updates since last week's list :

Garibaldi Taqueria at 41819 Big Bear Blvd., Big Bear Lake, which was ordered closed Oct. 29 because of a rodent infestation, was allowed to reopen Nov. 1.

Inca's Peruvian Grill at 870 E. Foothill Blvd., Suite 2, Upland, which was ordered closed Oct. 29 because of an invalid health permit, was allowed to reopen Oct. 31.
