School bus hits, kills girl in O'Fallon, Missouri

O'FALLON, Mo. — A school bus struck and killed a 10-year-old girl Thursday afternoon in O'Fallon.
The crash happened just after 3:45 p.m. in a residential neighborhood along Lupine Court near Belleau Creek Road in O'Fallon, said Kyle Gaines, a spokesperson for the St. Charles County Ambulance District.
Paramedics arrived at the scene within three minutes of the call. The girl was pronounced dead at the scene, Gaines said.
Officials have not released any other information about the crash, but Gaines said the O'Fallon Police Department is investigating the death.
