See Los Angeles villa with retractable roof for stargazing, jungle-like spa. How much is it?

Developer Ardie Tavangarian let it all fly on his latest Los Angeles project, a 35,000-square-foot Bel-Air estate, a primary suite with a retractable roof that opens for stargazing and a wine room accessed through 200-year-old antique Moroccan doors.

That's just the beginning of the luxe amenities available at the estate known as Villa Siena . The price tag is $177 million.

The home's design was inspired by nature and incorporates elements of fire and water throughout, according to Tavangarian, owner of Arya Group. The exterior is constructed of teak and stone.

Inside, there's a four-story, bronze-finished staircase suspended from the ceiling that appears to be floating in air. A reflecting pool sits at the base of the staircase and 30-foot pivot doors lead to the outside.

Sitting on 1.3 acres, the home's amenities include an outdoor sauna pod with a glass wall offering views of a nearby golf course, hot and cold plunge pools, and a hydrotherapy chamber. There's also a spa designed to feel like it's located in a jungle with lush plantings on the ceiling and LED screens playing videos of tropical birds.

Other amenities include a screening room, bar and an auto gallery with space for six cars.
