Seminary Cruises Past West Scranton
KINGSTON — Ian Woodcock (200 medley relay, 200 IM, 100 fly and 200 free relay), Miles Bock (200 medley relay, 200 free, 500 free and 200 free relay) and Alex Hosey (200 medley relay, 100 free, 200 free relay and 100 back) were each four-time winners as Wyoming Seminary won a 72-19 Wyoming Valley Conference boys swimming meet over West Scranton on Friday.

Chelsea Holser (200 medley relay, 200 free, 200 free relay and 100 back), Devon Gagliardi (200 medley relay, 200 IM, 100 fly and 200 free relay) and Kristina Brown (200 medley relay, 50 free, 100 free and 200 free relay) were each four-time winners for Wyoming Seminary.
Lizzy Stefani picked up two wins for the Invaders in the 100 breaststroke and the 400 free relay.
Berwick drops two
Tyler Perry (140), Chris Bujno (103), Aaron Karns (189), Nick Venditti (160) and Dom Yantorn (112) each had a victory as Berwick dropped a pair of matches in the first day of the prestigious Battlefield Duals in Alexandria, Va.
Berwick lost 47-17 to Great Bridge (Va.) and 54-12 to Christiansburg (Va.).
After a match late Friday against Pennsylvania power Connellsville, the Bulldogs will face Sachem-North (N.Y.) at 10 a.m. and Robinson (Va.) at 11:45 a.m. today.
