Sports Shedeur Sanders' Post After Colorado-Baylor Gets Dwyane Wade's Approval

Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes pulled off an improbable victory on Saturday night. Shedeur Sanders tossed a Hail Mary to LaJohntay Wester for a touchdown as time expired to send it into overtime.

In the extra period, the Buffs got the 38-31 as Micah Welch scored a one-yard rushing touchdown.

While Shedeur Sanders threw two touchdowns and ran for another, it was the Travis Hunter show once again.

The Buffaloes two-way star had seven catches for 130 yards and had the biggest play of the night: A game-sealing forced fumble as Dominic Richardson was at the goal line in overtime.

It was another Heisman Trophy-type performance from Hunter, who even earned Joel Klatt's praise after the game.

"Travis Hunter is the best player in CFB...Absurd what he is doing...Causes the fumble to seal the win in OT," Klatt wrote.

On top of that, Shedeur Sanders gave Hunter a special shout-out on X. for Heisman"

If that weren't enough, former NBA star and three-time champion Dwyane Wade had a perfect response to Shedeur's tweet: Three trophy emojis.

It's a strong claim, especially coming from Wade, who had nothing but success in the NBA and is in the Naismith Basketball Memorial Hall of Fame.

It's hard to argue against Hunter. The two-way sensation has 37 catches for 472 with five touchdowns in just four games.

He has 100 or more yards in every game and has had at least seven receptions in every game this season.

Hunter is also a force defensively, and something college football has not seen in a long time (or possibly ever).

The Buffaloes face USF in Week 5 before a Week 6 bye, and if Huter continues to play at this level, it will be hard to keep him away from the Heisman Trophy ceremony in New York.
