Shooting reported in Odessa: Here’s what we know so far

ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – There is currently a heavy police presence in a neighborhood of Odessa following reports of gunshots in the area.
At around 10:30 pm on Thursday, November 7, witnesses on the scene said shots were fired in the 2100 block of Muskingum Avenue in Odessa, also reporting a heavy police presence in the area. One person in the area said they heard nine or ten shots being fired.
