Six most expensive homes sold in Shippensburg, Nov. 11-17

A house that sold for $419,900 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Shippensburg in the past week.

In total, six residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $307,300. The average price per square foot was $153.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 11 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The property at 328 Walnut Street in Shippensburg has new owners. The price was $155,000. The house was built in 1920 and has a living area of 1,638 square feet. The price per square foot is $95. The deal was finalized on Nov. 7.

The sale of the single family residence at 366 Hostetter Ave. in Southampton Township has been finalized. The price was $287,000, and the new owners took over the house in November. The house was built in 1973 and has a living area of 1,872 square feet. The price per square foot was $153. The deal was finalized on Nov. 4.

The 2,096 square-foot single-family house at 131 Cardinal Drive, Southampton Township, has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in November and the total purchase price was $307,000, $146 per square foot. The house was built in 2022. The deal was finalized on Nov. 6.

A sale has been finalized for the detached house at 1461 Roxbury Road in Southampton Township. The price was $325,000 and the new owners took over the house in October. The house was built in 1988 and the living area totals 1,624 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $200. The deal was finalized on Oct. 29.

The property at 1 Raven Way in Southampton Township has new owners. The price was $349,900. The house was built in 2019 and has a living area of 2,152 square feet. The price per square foot is $163. The deal was finalized on Nov. 8.

The sale of the single-family residence at 612 E. Orange Street, Shippensburg, has been finalized. The price was $419,900, and the house changed hands in November. The house was built in 1950 and has a living area of 2,656 square feet. The price per square foot was $158. The deal was finalized on Nov. 1.
