Smoke pours from Miami County barn as crews tackle flames

MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio ( WDTN ) — Firefighters were called out to a barn fire Thursday morning.

Our partners at Sidney Daily News captured the moments fire crews tackled a barn fire with billowing smoke pouring from the structure. First responders were called to the scene in the 15000 block of County Road 25A just before 9:30 a.m.

Ohioans urged to conserve water as drought continues

Multiple explosions and loud noises were reported by people in the area. The smoke was reportedly visible for miles.

Jackson Center Fire Department was joined by firefighters from Botkins, Anna and Van Buren.

The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
