Snow Patrol have been announced as the latest act performing at a series of forest concerts next summer.

Forestry England announced on Friday that the Northern Irish band, best known for their 2006 hit Chasing Cars, will play at Westonbirt Arboretum in Gloucestershire on 17 June 2025.

They are just one headliner for the Forest Live 2025 events, which will take place at four forest venues across England.

Other headliners include Sting, The Script, Elbow, Blossoms, James, and Rag'N'Bone Man.

Snow Patrol, made up of Gary Lightbody, Nathan Connolly, and Johnny McDaid, was formed in Dundee in 1994.

The band's major-label debut album, Final Straw, was released in 2003, and went five-times platinum.

Forest Live 2025 will also take place at Cannock Chase Forest, Delamere Forest and High Lodge, Thetford Forest.

Forestry England uses the money raised from Forest Live to maintain its sites, run important conservation projects, and keep growing trees.
