Stanislaus updates its vote count. Where notable races stand for schools, House, others
Most attention remained on congressional seats in the latest vote totals in and near Stanislaus County.
Most offices and ballot measures have shown clear outcomes since the first tallies were reported on Election Day. Little changed with the update released Thursday evening by the county elections office and Friday morning by the California Secretary of State's Office .
The county's next update will be Tuesday, Nov. 12, Clerk-Recorder Donna Linder said. State law requires counting every mail ballot postmarked by Election Day and delivered within a week.
