Stanley Luksha

tanley T. Luksha, of West Lincoln Street, Exeter, died Wednesday at
Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.



Born March 8, 1920, in Exeter, he was a son of the late Anthony and Kazmira
(Radzicki) Luksha. He was an Exeter High School graduate. He worked for
Luzerne Products, Plains Township, before retiring. He was a U.S. Army World
War II veteran, serving as a sergeant. He was a member and past commander of
the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6518, Exeter, member of St. John the Baptist
Church, Exeter, and the Emanon Golf Club.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, William and John.

Surviving are his sisters, Irene, with whom he resided; and Valeria Jorda,
Exeter; and several nieces and nephews.



The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Saturday from Bednarski Funeral Home, 168
Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at St.
John the Baptist Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Exeter. The
viewing will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
