Sunshine, seasonable temps expected for Thanksgiving Day weather forecast
J.Martin3 months ago
Central Pennsylvania is expected to enjoy some sunshine for Thanksgiving Day today. The National Weather Service in State College has projected that the weather forecast for today and the coming days to include sunshine and seasonable high temperatures. While clouds are expected in the morning, the forecast predicts the skies to clear for sun in the afternoon, with high temperatures in the low 50s. The trend peters out by the end of the week, as the weekend forecast includes more clouds and some chance of showers. Dropping temperatures in some areas may even lead to a chance of snow showers overnight. Happy #Thanksgiving from NWS State College!
There is some potential for a brief period of freezing drizzle in the Laurel Highlands this morning (before 10am) before skies clear out this afternoon.
