The Dallas Cowboys and Baltimore Ravens entered Week 3 looking to bounce back from upset losses at home in Week 2, and it was Baltimore who came out on top in dominating fashion, beating Dallas 28-25 at AT&T Stadium on Sunday.

Here are some takeaways:

Offense comes alive late:

Most of the talk heading into Week 3 was focused on the Cowboys' run defense, and while they weren't any better this week, Dallas's offense was just as bad - through three quarters.

The Cowboys offense finally turned it on in the fourth as quarterback Dak Prescott threw for 187 yards and two touchdowns in the quarter to give him 379 yards through the air on the day.

Dallas scored 19 unanswered points in the fourth to cut the Ravens deficit to 28-25 with less than 3 minutes to go, but Baltimore was able to convert two first downs to squash the Cowboys' hopes of a comeback.

Dallas can't plug leaky defense:

Cowboys owner and GM Jerry Jones said he was confident that defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer would fix the issues that plagued the defense in Week 2's blowout loss to the New Orleans Saints, but we saw much of the same this week.

After allowing five first-half touchdowns to the Saints last week, Dallas' defensive unit allowed three first-half scores to Baltimore. According to ESPN Stats Info, via Ed Werder , Dan Quinn's defensive units only allowed three first-half touchdowns just once in the three seasons he was at the helm of the Cowboys defense.

Dallas proceeded to allow another Ravens touchdown to open the third quarter before shutting down Baltimore's offense for the remainder of the game, giving them something to build on ahead of a road date against the Giants on Thursday night in the Meadowlands.

Brandon Aubrey has another big night:

Brandon Aubrey nailed a 65-yard field goal in the first quarter, the second-longest field goal in NFL history. He also made one from 51 yards out.

Aubrey is now 15-for-15 from 50 yards out in his career.

And... Aubrey helped the the Cowboys recover an onside kick in the fourth quarter.
