Tara Davis-Woodhall put on an incredibly dominant performance at the Olympics. The Californian high jumper gave a scintillating performance, which resulted in jumping the distance of 7.10 m. Malaika Mihambo, who won the gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics, could only manage the silver in Paris with 6.98 m. It seemed written that it was Tara's day, as nobody could come close to matching her distance.

Now, as the Olympics have ended, the high jumper is getting the adoration she deserves. In a vlog titled 'Heartbreak in Paris' uploaded in Tara and Hunter's channel , she met an American fan in the French city during the Paralympics. The fan was talking to her team after clicking a photo with them. There, she talked about her profession as a nurse in New York and how she had to juggle her timings while watching Tara's high jump competition.

She said, "So I'm a nurse in New York City, and I was watching Tara's long jump, during like in and out, in out of the patient room. I was like I'm like, Tara's on I gotta go." That's when Tara Davis-Woodhall came from behind and surprised the nurse, to which she looked shocked. After realising what was happening, she hugged the athlete and then bowed down to her, telling her that she was 'like Simone Biles'. Tara was taken aback by this saying, "no way," before hugging the nurse again. The moment was heartwarming for all the Tara fans, many of whom feel the same way about her.
