Taylor Swift surprised Swifties on Wednesday by dropping “You’re Losing Me (From The Vault)” to celebrate being Spotify’s Global Top Artist in 2023.

The Grammy-winning singer wrote on social media, “Um ok this is unreal?? I just wanted to say to anyone who listened to my music this year, anywhere in the world, thank you. Getting named Spotify’s Global Top Artist in 2023 is truly the best birthday/holiday gift you could’ve given me. We’ve seriously had THE MOST fun this year out there on tour and now this. Are you serious.”

Swift continued, “So I was trying to think of a way to thank you, and a lot of you have been asking me to put “You’re Losing Me (From The Vault)” on streaming... so here you go! You can finally listen EVERYWHERE now.”

The “Cruel Summer” singer scored 26.1 billion global streams thanks to her albums Midnights, Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) and 1989 (Taylor’s Version). Find other artists, including Bad Bunny, Miley Cyrus and The Weeknd, who also made Spotify’s most-streamed lists here .

Swift has had a record-breaking year from releasing two re-recorded albums, kicking off her global Eras Tour and debuting her Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour concert film.

As of Monday, the movie, which was released in October, has amassed $250 million in worldwide movie ticket sales, making it one of the top 20 biggest films of 2023 and the most successful concert films of all time.

Swift also broke her own record last month with the debut of her re-recorded 1989 album, making it the top-selling album in America for 2023 in under one week. The album was actually the first Taylor Version to net a bigger debut than the original since it surpassed the 2014 first-week sales of 1989.
