Taylor Swift ’s Eras Tour movie will soon be available to watch on a couch near you.

On social media Monday, Swift announced that an extended version of the film will be “available to rent on demand” on Dec. 13 — which is, of course, also her birthday. The VOD release will be available in the U.S. and Canada as well as “additional countries to be announced soon.”

“Hi! Well, so, basically I have a birthday coming up and I was thinking a fun way to celebrate the year we’ve had together would be to make The Eras Tour Concert Film available for you to watch at home!” Swift wrote.

The extended version of the movie (which already clocks in at a whopping two hours and 49 minutes) will include three additional performances: “Long Live,” “The Archer,” and “Wildest Dreams.” Alongside the announcement, Swift shared a minute-long clip of the “Wildest Dreams” performance.

— Taylor Swift November 27, 2023 The announcement of the VOD version of The Eras Tour movie arrives just in time, as the actual Eras Tour officially wrapped for 2023 last night in São Paulo, Brazil. The concert featured two previously unplayed tracks in the “Surprise Songs” segment, with Swift debuting “Say Don’t Go,” a vault release from 1989 (Taylor’s Version) , and the Evermore deluxe track, “It’s Time to Go.”

During the show, Swift also spoke about her remarkable year of touring , calling it “the most magical adventure of my life.” She added: “This tour is something that I thought of because I really wanted to celebrate all the times you guys have been there for me, and put together a show that incorporated all my favorite memories of touring — and I’ve been touring most of my life. I love traveling through these memories with you.”

Swift isn’t done with the Eras Tour just yet, though. She’ll hit the road again in Feb. 2024 with a run of shows in Asia and Australia, followed by a European and U.K. leg that starts in May and runs through most of the summer. She’ll then close things out for good with one more slate of shows in the U.S. and Canada in October and November.
