The teen, who is facing murder, robbery, burglary and criminal possession of a weapon charges, is accused of killing Ying Zhu Liu, 57, on Sept. 9 around 11 p.m. inside 44 Market Street in the Lower East Side, police said.

Liu was found with the fatal gunshot in an eighth-floor hallway inside the building, police said.

The victim's husband told police that two unknown individuals followed him into his building and tried to rob him in the hallway.
