Fort Worth This Fort Worth grill is perfect for patio dining. It has 53 TVs and cheap daily specials

Patio dining season is officially here.

And Flips Patio Grill in Fort Worth hosts a large patio complete with 53 TVs, which gives you no excuse to not take advantage of this warm weather window.

The restaurant just added fajitas to their menu, with monthly burger specials. Fort Worth Weekly appointed Flips as having the " Best Wings 2024 ." They also have double happy hours during the weekdays beginning at 2 p.m., on top of daily deals.

The Fort Worth location has a mega TV, that is visible from any point of the initial dining room. It also features s six pool tables and a patio that includes outdoor games.

Flips is a scratch kitchen making all their food from local and quality ingredients. The Star-Telegram took a tour of the Fort Worth spot. Here's what we gathered.

What's on the menu at Flips Patio Grill?

Flips offers a craft beer lineup of local drafts. At the Fort Worth location, guests can choose from Deep Ellum IPADallas Blonde by Deep Ellum Brewing Company , Blood and Honey by Revolver Brewing, Guinness Draught by St. James Gate Brewery and Austin Eastciders by Wyder's Cider Co. They also offer a full bar with 15-plus choices of craft cocktails.

Every month, Flips switches out a burger flavor to fit the occasion. For September it was their "Coffee-Rubbed Bacon Burger: 50/50 patty with coffee rub, topped with Texas BBQ sauce, bacon strips, smoked gouda cheese, and caramelized red onions on a brioche bun."

For October, they are offering the Beer Cheese Brat Burger. This burger will have 50/50 patty topped with a beer-braised bratwurst, house-made beer cheese and piled high with German-style sauerkraut, sweet relish, and spicy mustard, all on a Pretzel Bun.

The starters portion of the menu has all the football fixings. You could even order appetizers to share and still be full. Beginning with the Fried PicklesSalted PretzelBacon Wrapped Jalapenos in the Sample Starter, where you get three appetizers for $15. You cannot forget the sauces, classic ranch, jalapeno ranch and nacho cheese to dip in.

Combo Fajitas are not on the menu yet, but only advertised in restaurants. These come with steak, chicken, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo and warm flour tortillas. This was enough food for at least two people.

Traditional Wings, tossed in 24kt gold BBQ sauce is smokey, a little sweet with a kick of spice.

Though the Coffee-Rubbed Bacon Burger is not offered anymore, the quality of the burger was up to par. Served with a side of Parmesan Fries that were so good, I could eat them as a meal.

The portions are generous here. And if you devour everything, the leftovers are even better heated back up in the air fryer.
