WILKES-BARRE TWP. – Local comedians Joe Ohrin and Scott Bruce will perform
at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Wisecrackers Comedy Club at the Brass Rail Restaurant,
state Route 309, with the proceeds going to the family of Samantha O’Gorman,


Samantha, of Forty Fort, suffers from hydrocephalus, the accumulation of
spinal fluid in the brain, which can lead to injury or death if not treated.
The O’Gormans are raising money to replace their van that was recently
destroyed in an accidental fire. They need a vehicle to transport Samantha to
Hershey Medical Center, where she undergoes treatment.

Tickets for the show, open to everyone 21 and older, are $10. Reservations
may be made by calling 1-866-424-2411. A 50/50 raffle also will be held.

Anyone wishing to make a donation may do so at T & F Tire, 527-533 Market
St., Kingston. A fund has been set up for Samantha at M & T Bank in Kingston.
