BEST BET: The Northeastern Pennsylvania Philharmonic wraps up its season of intimate chamber concerts Wednesday with ‘Music of the Romantic Era,’ performed by violinist Gabriel Schaff and pianist Kathleen Riley. Experience an up-close view of the musicians while enjoying light refreshments in a casual atmosphere at the Westmoreland Club in downtown Wilkes-Barre.
