Ann Parfitt

nn M. Parfitt, 73, of South Scranton, and formerly of the Minooka section
of Scranton, died Friday at Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Barre.
Born May 26, 1928, in Minooka, she was the daughter of the late James and
Sarah McDonnell Parfitt. She was a graduate of Minooka High School.
Before retiring, she was employed by Consolidated Molding Co. She was a
member of the Church of St. Joseph, Minooka.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Parfitt; and brother, James.
Surviving are her sister, Catherine Krieg, Wilkes-Barre; nieces, nephews,
great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday from the Eagen-Hughes Funeral
Home, 2908 Birney Ave., Scranton, with Mass at 9:30 a.m. in the Church of St.
Joseph, with the Rev. John M. Lapera officiating. Interment will be in the
parish cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday. Memorial donations
may be made to the Church of St. Joseph, 312 Davis St., Scranton.
