Traffic Alert: Watertown’s Winslow Street and Flower Avenue West

WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) – A pair of sewer projects will cause delays for drivers in the City of Watertown.
Winslow Street from Franklin Street and Hamlin street will be closed for the day for sewer work.
The same will also be true for Flower Avenue West. That street will be closed from Holcomb Street to Ball Avenue.
Work began at 7 a.m., but both projects are slated to be completed by the end of the day.
Drivers are asked to seek alternate routes for the duration of the work.
