Trail Blazers guard injured, leaves game against Timberwolves

Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons left Tuesday night's game against the Minnesota Timberwovles in the first quarter and has been ruled out for the rest of the game. Simons was listed on the team's in-game injury report as having a chest injury. Simons checked out of the game with 6:55 remaining in the first quarter. He had two points on 1-of-2 shooting.
