UPMC announces more layoffs could be on the horizon
PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WTAJ) — Roughly seven months after announcing they were cutting roughly 1,000 employees, UPMC said more may be on the horizon.
UPMC said "targeted adjustments" are frequently made. This time around, roughly 100 active employees and 200 unfulfilled positions could be eliminated across the UPMC system.
