Vacant Kenosha Burger King could become Taco Pros and Crisp & Green

A vacant Burger King site in Kenosha could soon be converted into a pair of spaces for two restaurants new to Kenosha County.

The vacant space at 6945 75th St. could house a King Taco Pros and Crisp & Green. A developer is seeking a conditional use permit for a facade modification.

The City Plan Commission will take up the matter during its meetingo n Thursday, Oct. 10.

The property is owned by Vaghani Network Kenosha LLC and Logic Design & Architecture is serving as the architect, according to city documents. Total square footage of the project is 3,829 feet.

Taco Pros is an independent restaurant with various Chicagoland locations.

"Inspired by the gastronomic art of Mexico, Taco Pros aims to transport you to the flavors of Mexican Tianguis (market) street foods," the company states on its website.

Crisp & Green offers salads, smoothies and wraps.

"We provide nutritious and convenient food to fit a busy, wellness-driven lifestyle. While we believe that eating healthy should feel good, we also think it should taste good, too," Crisp & Green states on its website.
