Vanderbilt baseball will participate in two non-conference tournaments as part of its 2025 schedule, the program announced in a release Thursday.

The Commodores will start their season at the MLB Desert Invitational in Phoenix where they will face Grand Canyon, Nebraska and UC Irvine. They will also face UCLA, USC and UConn at the Dodgertown Classic tournament in Los Angeles.

The other two series on the non-conference schedule will take place at Hawkins Field against Saint Mary's and Xavier.

Marquee midweek games on the schedule include two home games against Air Force, home games against Indiana State, Belmont and Lipscomb and a road game against Louisville in the annual Battle of the Barrel rivalry game.

Thirty of the 56 games on the schedule will be against teams that made the NCAA Tournament last season.

Vanderbilt's conference schedule was released in September and includes series against Tennessee, Arkansas and Texas A&M.
