VanTrust Real Estate intends to relocate its Jacksonville headquarters from the Town Center One building to Nocatee in early 2025.

The city is reviewing a permit application for an estimated $300,000 tenant build-out for VanTrust in Suite 300 in the Park Place One building at 100 Palmetto Park Place.

The build-out is for 3,005 square feet. Connie Turners Interiors Inc. is the interior designer. No contractor is listed.

Marc Munago, executive vice president of development, said VanTrust Real Estate owns Park Place One and the surrounding land.

The four-story, 125,000-square-foot building is part of 60 acres that VanTrust owns for a master-planned office park. Treace Medical Concepts Inc. is a tenant.

VanTrust Real Estate now leases space in Suite 100 in Town Center One at 5555 Gate Parkway.

Park Place One is about 15 miles south.

The company developed Town Center One and Town Center Two.

VanTrust Real Estate LLC developed the five-story, 160,196-square-foot Town Center One in 2018 and the six-story, 223,962-square-foot Town Center Two in 2019.

It sold the office buildings near St. Johns Town Center in January 2020 for $107.1 million to TPG Real Estate of San Francisco.

VanTrust Real Estate was founded in Kansas City, Missouri, in 2010.

The full-service real estate development company says it has developed more than 61 million square feet of office, industrial, multifamily, mixed-used, science and technology, and hospitality projects nationwide.

Among other projects, VanTrust Real Estate developed the Imeson Park and Imeson Park South industrial parks in North Jacksonville.
