Once again this year, readers have a chance to vote for the Cunningham Bounds Coastal Alabama Football Player of the Week.

Coaches can submit statistics following their games on Friday night or nominate players before noon each Saturday.

Nominations must come from a coach or official team statistician. They can be emailed to .

Voting is open until Wednesday morning. The winner will be announced on AL.com on Thursday.

Here are the nominees from Week 7:

Landon Duckworth, Jackson: The junior quarterback completed 12-of-16 passes for 339 yards and 5 touchdowns as the No. 1 Aggies rolled over No. 6 St. Michael. He also ran for another score.

EJ King, Spanish Fort: King ran for 212 yards and 5 touchdowns in the Toros' win at Blount. He also had a 30-yard kickoff return to finish with 242 total yards.

Tate Johnston, St. Paul's: Johnston rushed for 120 yards and a pair of TDs on just 9 carries as the Saints stayed unbeaten with a win at Gulf Shores. Johnston's TD runs came from 25 and 3 yards.

Tre Smith, Washington County: Finished with three touchdowns, including a pair of 89-yard punt returns for scores, as the Bulldogs defeated Bayshore Christian on Thursday.

JJ Thibodeaux, Daphne: The quarterback hit on 10-of-14 passes for 216 yards and a touchdown and ran for 72 yards and three scores in the Trojans' win over Davidson.

Desmond Thomas, Fairhope: Thomas returned a punt 90 yards to break a 7-7 tie and help the Pirates to a Class 7A, Region 1 win over rival Foley.
