Wanted in Berks: September 22, 2024
The Berks County sheriff's department is seeking the following fugitives:
Luis Santos-Cruz
• Luis Santos-Cruz, 19, whose last known address was in the 1500 block of Cotton Street, Reading, is wanted on first-degree murder charges.
Reading police stated that on April 1, Santos-Cruz was in the 1300 block of Muhlenberg Street in Reading when he was seen on video shooting at someone. Santos-Cruz along with two other suspects fatally shot the victim.
He is described as 5 feet 6 inches and 150 pounds.
Tristan Harris
• Tristan Harris, 37, whose last known address was in the 100 block of North River Road, Marietta, Lancaster County, is wanted on theft by unlawful taking charges.
Police stated that on May 31, Harris was seen on surveillance camera taking someone's Harley Davidson motorcycle without their permission in the 200 block of Wunder Street in Reading.
He is described as 6 feet 2 inches and 235 pounds.
