Wayne Strogus Obituary
Wayne Francis Strogus, 71, passed away at his home in Upper Pottsgrove Township, PA, on August 23, 2024. Born in Pottstown, PA, on September 28, 1952, Wayne was the son of the late John Strogus Sr. and Anna (Kuntz) Strogus. Wayne graduated from Pottsgrove High School in 1970, and worked as a machine operator for DANA, dedicating 30 years before his retirement. Following his retirement, he continued to work for his family's business, Strogus' Flower Shop, until 2023. Wayne is lovingly remembered by his brother and sister-in-law, John (& Sandy) Strogus Jr., his sister-in-law, Karen Strogus; his nieces and nephew, Jennifer (& Rich), Danielle, and Steve; and his grandnieces and grandnephews. In addition to his parents, Wayne was predeceased by his brother, Barry Strogus. A memorial service will take place on September 28, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Mountain View Chapel, 68 Old Douglass Dr., Douglasville, PA 19518.
