West Palm Beach leads Florida with highest gas prices at $3.29 per gallon
After a sudden decrease in gas prices , crude oil and gasoline once again rise.
"The price gains are being attributed to optimism that the Federal Reserve's interest rate cut would boost the global economy and energy demand," stated AAA spokesman Mark Jenkins.
The price of crude oil increased by more than $3 last week, while gasoline futures on the NYMEX went up in price by 11 cents per gallon.

According to the AAA Gas Price Brief, the most expensive metro market is in the south Florida region at West Palm Beach to Boca Raton at $3.29 per gallon. The least expensive metro market is in Florida's panhandle at Crestview to Fort Walton Beach at $2.83 per gallon.
