The Westin Resort Guam launched its exquisite new cheesecake and macaron selections, crafted with passion and precision by a talented pastry team.

Led by renowned pastry chef Raul Cordero, the mastermind behind Guam's original and beloved taro cheesecake, the team has poured their passion and expertise into crafting a symphony of flavors that will delight the taste buds, according to a press release from Westin Resort.

Guests can now indulge in seven delectable cheesecake varieties, each a testament to Cordero's artistry:

  • Taro: Also known as ube, tastes reminiscent of a nutty sweet potato or yam.
  • Classic New York style: A timeless masterpiece with a rich and creamy texture.
  • Pumpkin: A seasonal favorite bursting with warm spices.
  • Cookies and cream: A playful combination of crunchy cookies and velvety smooth cheesecake.
  • Chocolate: A decadent treat for true chocolate lovers.
  • Apple brûlée: A unique and flavorful cheesecake with caramelized apples and Brûlée' topping.
  • Strawberry: A refreshing classic with the sweetness of fresh strawberries.
  • Complementing the cheesecake selection is an assortment of delicate macarons, bursting with vibrant flavors from raspberry, taro, cookies and cream, hazelnut, and pistachio.

    Each cheesecake and macaron are beautifully packaged in a unique box, making them the perfect gift for any occasion, especially with the upcoming holiday season, Westin Resort said.
