The Bonn Ui Bhroimeil medal is awarded to the graduate with the highest result in Part II of the Bachelor of Arts programme and who completes the undergraduate dissertation in Roinn na Gaeilge. It is awarded in memory of the late Seán Antóin Ó Broiméil, the first Registrar of the College.

Bronagh said she was both surprised and delighted to be awarded the medal, which was awarded by Professor Niamh Hourigan, Acting President of Mary Immaculate College.

Speaking on her experience at the school, she said: "The first year was tough as it was home-based due to Covid so we only got to meet and see our classmates on screen, but from then on it's been great. The campus facilities are excellent, the lecturers are very supportive, and I've made many new friends."

Daughter of Jarlath and Gemma Judge, her dissertation focused on a literary analysis of Cáth Fionntrá (Battle of Ventry) by Pádraig Ó Siochfhradha. The book is an Early Modern Irish prose narrative of the Fionn Cycle, recounting the deeds of the warrior-hero Fionn mac Cumhaill and his fianna as they defend Ireland against a foreign invasion led by the world-king Dáire Donn.

She is continuing her educational journey by currently studying for her Professional Masters of Education, again at Mary Immaculate College, Limerick.
