This property, built in 1954, provides 720 square feet of living space, and sits on a 14,700-square-foot lot. The deal was finalized on Sept. 13.

Priced at $455,000 (equivalent to $428 per square foot), this single-family house, constructed in 1976 and situated at 486 Beach Ave., was sold in August. The home spans 1,064 square feet of living area. The property comprises a 5,001-square-foot lot. The deal was finalized on Aug. 14.

Situated at 2200 Atlantic Ave., this condominium, was sold in September for a price of $290,000, translating to $35 per square foot. The property, constructed in 1973, offers a living area of 8,402 square feet. The deal was finalized on Sept. 30.

This single-family house, underwent a change of ownership in September. Located at 404 E. Denver Ave., the home spans 492 square feet and was sold for $241,000, or $490 per square foot.
