Why the legacy of Ryan Day’s first recruiting class is on the line in Ohio State-Michigan game

A.Lee3 months ago

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State hasn’t beaten Michigan since 2019 — and that means an entire recruiting class is nearing a tenure in Columbus without a win over the Wolverines.

The touted and highly ranked class of 2021 is now 0-2 against Michigan, after the game’s cancellation’s in 2020 due to COVID-19.

What would going 0-3 matter for a recruiting class? How much would the Buckeyes suffer with their first three-game losing streak against the Wolverines since the 1990s?

The Buckeye Talk crew of Stephen Means, Andrew Gillis and Nathan Baird talked about the legacy of the 2021 class and more after Tuesday press conferences.
