William (Bill) Arthur Deuley, 75, passed away Friday, September 27, 2024, in St. George, UT while surrounded by his wife and daughters.

Bill was born to Fred Richard Deuley and Dolores Evelyn Tribett on February 19, 1949, in Wheeling, West VA. Bill spent his childhood between West Virginia, Southern California, and Las Vegas, Nevada. He settled in Las Vegas where he raised his six children. In 1982 Bill fell in love with Sheila Dawn Brown and they married in 1983. Bill was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Family meant the world to him. He enjoyed cooking and feeding everyone around him. He also loved spending time in the outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing, skiing, boating, four-wheeling, family reunions, gardening, and his animals.

During Bill's adult life, he was involved in the world of construction and excelled in many trades, including framing and concrete finishing. He owned two concrete businesses: DeuMar Concrete and Mesa Concrete. In 2008, he went to northern Nevada for work.

He had a deep knowledge of and a personal relationship with his Heavenly Father. He wanted us to know that he "knew exactly where he was going and he was okay with it." He understood that he would be reunited with his loved ones on the other side.

Bill is survived by his wife, Sheila Dawn Deuley of St. George, UT; his children, John Deuley of Las Vegas, Nevada; Heather McBride (Brian) of Searchlight, Nevada; Billy Deuley (Randi) of Las Vegas, Nevada; Stephanie Ryne (Michael) of Las Vegas, NV, and Jennifer Sharp (Adam) of Rigby, ID; his grandchildren, Hannah, Johnny, Deric, Dustin, Brenden (Stacy), Maggie, Sara, Tanner, Doris, Lewis, Jack, Beau, Amelia, Evelynn, and Landon; and his great-grandchildren Finnegan and Ila. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his son, Eric Deuley.
