CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns were defeated by Denver in a one sided 29-12 loss on Sunday, but that’s just the scoreboard. Here are the real winners and losers from the game:Loser: Ball Security A lack of ball security improvements was prone to comeback and bite Cleveland, even with a winning record. On paper, Denver’s defense didn’t enter Sunday as the league’s most threating unit. But their ability for forcing takeaways was an advantage, going into Sunday tied for fourth ranked in takeaways (19), ten of them coming off fumble recoveries. Cleveland’s offense on the other hand featured a bad itch for turnovers, tying for third ranked in giveaways (20), and Of the five fumbles made by the Browns, three were recovered by Denver.
