17-year-old girl missing in rural Sherwood; May not be dressed for rain, cold

SHERWOOD Ore. (KPTV) - A 17-year-old girl went missing from rural Sherwood on Friday, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office. Deputies said Grace Cox was last seen on Friday morning in the area of Southwest Schmeltzer Road and Southwest Courtney Road, near the Yamhill County line. SEE ALSO:She is about 5 feet tall and 120 pounds. She has black hair in short twists and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket, blue jeans, black and blue fleece-lined muck boots, and a navy blue hiking backpack with a gray wool top. She may not be dressed or prepared for the cold and rainy weather. Anyone who has seen Grace or has any information about her whereabouts, please call non-emergency dispatch at 503-629-0111.
