10 most expensive homes sold in Kent County, Oct. 28 - Nov. 3

A house in Caledonia that sold for $2.1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Kent County in the past week.

In total, 170 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $383,767. The average price per square foot ended up at $255.
