A house in Spring Township that sold for $462,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Perry County between Nov. 4 and Nov. 17.

In total, 15 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past two weeks, with an average price of $212,507, or $156 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 4 to the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The 1,568 square-foot single-family home at 625 Numer Road in Juniata Twp has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $160,000, $102 per square foot. The house was built in 2005. The deal was finalized on Oct. 31.

The property at 321 Lincoln Street in Duncannon has new owners. The price was $175,000. The house was built in 1985 and has a living area of 1,384 square feet. The price per square foot is $126. The deal was finalized on Oct. 31.
