25 Outrageously Bizarre Lubbock Shirts You Won't Believe Are on A

Lubbock is a wonderful place, but we really don't have much of an identity.

I would think any shirt that is a souvenir from Lubbock should probably have Buddy Holly, a windmill, Texas Tech, or a cotton boll on it. Anything outside of those four things is pretty niche and maybe a little off target. It's still fun though to see the name of your town portrayed on a shirt, even if it kind of doesn't make sense. I went deep into Amazon for you and picked up a selection of Lubbock shirts that I find are just a little whack, with some being major whack.

The Merch

Some of these t-shirts look to be mass produced in that somebody has a computer program that just changes out the name of the town or something. It's kind of like those offers you get on Facebook for t-shirts with your family's name on them. Then there are shirts that seem to be unique, but put together by people who have no idea what Lubbock looks like. Thirdly, there's some weird color schemes that I just don't understand. Then again, I tend to think everything in Lubbock is either red and black, or that weird combo of colors that LP&L and the city use.

The Weirdness

I've made little comments with each of the shirts, but would like to go ahead and point out skylines that seem random, weird trees and mountains, and bold claims that have no basis in anything really.
