1 person dead, 2 injured in Hubbard County crash Sunday

HUBBARD COUNTY, Minn. (Northern News Now) - One person died and two were injured in a vehicle crash in Hubbard County around 11:30 a.m. Sunday. According to authorities, a Ford F150 was traveling northbound on US Highway 71, when a Ford Focus pulled out from Highway 87 and the vehicles collided. The driver of the Ford Focus, a 72-year-old man from Wadena, Minnesota died in the crash. The F150 also entered the west ditch, and the driver and passenger in that vehicle were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
